====== Australian FreeBSD mirrors ======

There are three different kind of mirrors: WWW, FTP and Git mirrors.  The following reflects the status as of January 2022.


===== WWW mirrors =====

The last of the Australian WWW mirrors was decommissioned on 2016-06-30.

===== FTP mirrors =====

===== CVSup mirrors =====

The FreeBSD source, doc and ports repositories are no longer distributed via CVSup.


===== SVN mirrors =====

The FreeBSD source, doc and ports repositories are no longer distributed via Subversion.


===== Git mirrors =====

Only Project-operated Git mirror servers are sanctioned. git.FreeBSD.org will find your nearest mirror using geolocation.

This currently geolocates to Taiwan (gitmir.twn.freebsd.org) from Sydney.
